  • We ship with DHL within Germany. Expect your Berlin in Box to land at your door in about 2–3 business days.

  • Not yet, Berlin is still unpacking. For now, we ship within Germany only.

  • Absolutely. Just add the recipient’s address at checkout — we’ll send the box straight to them. You can also include a personal note (we’ll handwrite it on a Berlin-style postcard).
    No invoice inside, of course — just surprises, stories, and good vibes.

  • For online orders, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal applies. If you decide to return your box, you can do so within the legal withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us - we’ll fix it.
